Definition
Many providers do not have their own EHR systems in place today. These providers can access the HIE network using a web based client solution. This solution has also been referred to as an EHR Lite solution.
How Does It Work?
Being fully web based, it requires no local installation for clinical users. This is intended for users with no EHR as well as users who run multiple applications in a SSO and context shared desktop environment.
Who Should Deploy This?
HIE customers who want a separate UI for HIE data. Those that have participants who do not have an EHR. Keep in mind that we offer full integration options as well for many EHRs.
